About me:
I have been working for more than 8 years in the Human Resources area. I started doing job searches in the Tech and non-tech field and at the same time I carried out training for young people between 17 and 24 years old. I continued along the same path, performing other tasks as an HR Analyst, specializing in the search and selection of IT profiles.

I have worked both in Startups, SMEs and international companies, both freelance and inhouse, and in product companies and consultancies. This work experience gives me a broad vision of the labor market and the needs of each company.
